Payment terms: Work begins only after full payment has been received. No work is commenced prior to payment clearing.
Project-based work: Full payment is required upfront before any work starts. If you cancel before work has commenced, a full refund is issued. Once work has started, no refund is available but the deliverable will be completed as scoped.
Completed deliverables: If you are not satisfied with a delivered project, revisions are included at no extra cost. Refund requests on completed work are assessed case by case — contact admin@softwareshuffle.net within 7 days of delivery.
Subscription or retainer services: Cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods already billed.
Digital products: All sales are final once a file has been delivered or accessed.
What we collect: When you contact us or engage our services, we collect your name, email address, and any project details you share. We do not collect data through cookies or tracking scripts on this website.
How we use it: Your information is used solely to communicate with you, deliver the services you’ve requested, and send invoices. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
Payment information: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay, or Payoneer). We do not store your card or banking details on our systems.
Data retention: We retain project communications and invoice records for up to 3 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@softwareshuffle.net.
